Refund policy
Custom Products and Return Limitations
Since all products at Jamroll are custom printed and uniquely made for each customer, they are not eligible for resale. Consequently, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us at team@jamroll.co.uk.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our items being custom and made-to-order, products such as special orders or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and personal care goods. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For customers within the European Union, notwithstanding our general policy, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your item. To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us about your decision to cancel your order by contacting team@jamroll.co.uk. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If you are approved for a refund due to receiving a defective or wrong item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item and confirming the issue. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at team@jamroll.co.uk.
