The product is good but the wait really wasn’t. Between placing the order and being delivered was a real nightmare DPD who are normally quite reliable didn’t not fulfil the delivery and communications were so out of sync and made no sense. I understand things don’t always go to plan but there is a point where you have to say poor show it was a baseball cap not a massive order but still paid premium for delivery. Sadly I was not impressed.
Shame about the poor review. The delivery was £3.99 - and product stated 7/10 working days for embroidery. I believe it turned up in that time frame. Seems the review is aimed at the courier, rather than the product. Sorry you had a bad experience with DPD Phill.
